Lige f\u00f8r servering vendes snittet bladpersille og gr\u00f8n top af for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g i.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00c6bleskiver m\/fyld<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc l m\u00e6lk lunes og tils\u00e6ttes 50 g sm\u00f8r og 40 g sukker.<br \/>\nHeri opl\u00f8ses 25 g g\u00e6r og der tils\u00e6ttes 2 \u00e6g, reven skal af en citron og et nip kardemomme samt 250 g mel.<br \/>\nStilles til h\u00e6vning et lunt sted til opn\u00e5et dobbelt volumen.<\/p>\n<p>Imens laves en kompot af \u00e6bler og\/eller svesker &#8211; 2 Skr\u00e6llede \u00e6bler i tern og koges op i en sukkerlage a \u00bd dcl vand, 50 g sukker.<\/p>\n<p>Nu bages skiverne i panden og en lille skefuld kompot tils\u00e6ttes lige f\u00f8r de vendes.<\/p>\n<p>Bages f\u00e6rdig og l\u00e6gges i et ovn fad, drysses med flormelis og glaceres i en varm ovn 250 grd. eller grill.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amuse Geulle mm.
