Tils\u00e6t olien lidt efter lidt og smag til med salt og peber.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r skyllet romainesalat i brede stykker, fordel den p\u00e5 tallerkener og kom lidt dressing ved.<\/p>\n<p>Fordel kylling i skiver, parmesan i flager og croutoner samt halve sherrytomater over salaten og serv\u00e9r den med ekstra dressing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Laks a la Florentine (Gratineret laks p\u00e5 spinatbund)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En laksefilet afskindes og deles i stykker a 150 &#8211; 200 g og bages p\u00e5 papir i ovnen.<\/p>\n<p>3-5 skalotter pilles, snittes og sauteres i en stor gryde, tils\u00e6t 500 g spinat skyllet grundigt og slynges fri for vand, dampes til falder sammen, smag til med s+p og fordel det i et ovnfad.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e6g laksestykkerne derp\u00e5 og fordel 1 bk rensede champignon &#8211; i halve el. kvarte, sauteret i sm\u00f8r og *dampet i hvidvin \u2013 derover.
