{"id":662,"date":"2018-02-08T18:45:33","date_gmt":"2018-02-08T17:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.disciplene.dk\/?p=662"},"modified":"2018-02-14T09:29:22","modified_gmt":"2018-02-14T08:29:22","slug":"snak-aed-385","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.disciplene.dk\/?p=662","title":{"rendered":"Snak &#038; \u00c6d 385"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>R\u00e5-Tahiti-marineret Tunfisk<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd kg tunfisk sk\u00e6res i 2&#215;2 cm tern, drysses med salt, reven limeskal og saft samt 2 pressede passionsfrugter og tr\u00e6kker.<\/p>\n<p>For\u00e5rsl\u00f8g (det gr\u00f8nne gemmes til *salsaen) snittes skr\u00e5t i 2 cm stykker, skr\u00e6llet agurk deles i 4 p\u00e5 langs og k\u00e6rnen skrabes ud med en ske, snit i skr\u00e5 2 cm stykker, en renset r\u00f8d peber liges\u00e5, sm\u00e5 tomater deles skr\u00e5t, samt en finhakket chili og 3del bundt grovhakkede koriander.<\/p>\n<p>Det hele blandes med en lille d\u00e5se kokosm\u00e6lk og smages til, portionsanrettes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Tahiti Vanilje, Marineret, Helstegt Svinem\u00f8rbrad<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En hel svinem\u00f8rbrad indgnides med kornene af en stang vanilje, cayennepeber lidt orangemarmelade, lidt kokosbrandy og salt og til sidst kokosmel.<\/p>\n<p>Hviler s\u00e5 l\u00e6nge som muligt, 1-2 timer, og steges i ovnen p\u00e5 bagepapir ved 225 grd i 12-15 minutter, tr\u00e6kker 10-15 minutter f\u00f8r udsk\u00e6ring i 1\u00bd cm tykke skr\u00e5 skiver.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Polynesisk *Salsa<br \/>\n<\/span>En tredjedel ananas, en avocado, 1-2 store afskindede tomater uden k\u00e6rner og en banan, sk\u00e6res i 1&#215;1 cm tern, samt det gr\u00f8nne fra for\u00e5rsl\u00f8gene.<\/p>\n<p>En gr\u00f8n og en r\u00f8d hakket chili, en 3del hakket k\u00f8rvel og den revne skal af en appelsin samt saften og lidt honning blandes i sammen smag til med n\u00f8ddeolie og lidt salt samt evt. hvidvinseddike\/citronsaft!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ris Tahiti\u00e8nne<\/span><br \/>\nEt hakket l\u00f8g sauteres i olie\/sm\u00f8r, 50 g ris pr. prs. tils\u00e6ttes og sauterer med et par minutter under omr\u00f8ring, den dobbelte m\u00e6ngde h\u00f8nsebouillon tils\u00e6ttes og risene koges n\u00e6sten m\u00f8re.<\/p>\n<p>Hakket r\u00f8d, gul, gr\u00f8n peber og agurk samt hakket persille vendes i og risene tr\u00e6kker m\u00f8re under l\u00e5g.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e5-Tahiti-marineret Tunfisk \u00bd kg tunfisk sk\u00e6res i 2&#215;2 cm tern, drysses med salt, reven limeskal og saft samt 2 pressede passionsfrugter og tr\u00e6kker.
