Pensles med \u201dBarbecue marinade\u201d og brunes af, ved 180-200 grd.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Barbecue marinade<\/span><br \/>\nFarin, ketchup, paprika, cayenne, chili, eddike, honning, sort peber samt lidt olie blandes og tils\u00e6ttes finthakket l\u00f8g og hvidl\u00f8g.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Coleslaw<\/span><br \/>\nFintsnittet r\u00f8dk\u00e5l, hvidk\u00e5l og strimlet gulerod, vendes i en dressing af:<br \/>\n2\/3 mayonnaise og 1\/3 cremefraiche smages til med citron, flormelis, salt og cayenne.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bagt Kartoffel<\/span><br \/>\nVaskes og bages p\u00e5 en rist i 45-50 minutter.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Kryddersm\u00f8r<\/span><br \/>\n150 g sm\u00f8r r\u00f8res lind og smages til med dijonsennep, citron, salt og peber, finthakket persille.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Profiteroles<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>100 sm\u00f8r, 2 dl vand, 125 g mel, 1 smule salt, 3 stk. \u00e6g, 1 knivspids bagepulver.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Smelt sm\u00f8r i vand, tils\u00e6t mel og bagepulver p\u00e5 \u00e9n gang.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f8r grundigt og tag gryden fra varmen. Tils\u00e6t sammenr\u00f8rt \u00e6g n\u00e5r massen er let afk\u00f8let. Bland grundigt.<\/li>\n<li>Med en ske: afs\u00e6t kugler p\u00e5 st\u00f8rrelse med en stor valn\u00f8d p\u00e5 bagepapir<\/li>\n<li>Bages ved 200 g i ca. 15 min. Afk\u00f8les p\u00e5 rist<\/li>\n<li>Fl\u00e6k profiterollerne halvt og fyld dem med vaniljeis\/creme med smag efter \u00f8nske og giv varm chokoladesovs til.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Chokoladesauce<\/span><br \/>\n150 g bitter chokolade, 2 spsk. kakao, 2 dl piskefl\u00f8de, 0,5 dl vand, 1 smule sukker.<\/p>\n<p>Bring fl\u00f8den i kog og tils\u00e6t finthakket chokolade.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f8r kakao i og fortynd evt. med vand.
