eddike, til den f\u00e5r en fast konsistens, ca. 20-30 minutter, stilles herefter til afk\u00f8ling.<\/p>\n<p>Ruccolablade og bladpersille l\u00e6gges i koldt vand \u00bd time.<\/p>\n<p>Bladselleri, for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g, r\u00f8d peber og chili renses og snittes i korte strimler.<\/p>\n<p>Alle ingredienserne blandes med den dr\u00e6nede rucula og groft snittede bladpersille, en spiseske kapers, 2-3 fed knust hvidl\u00f8g og saften af en citron og en lime samt olivenolie.<\/p>\n<p>Rognen sk\u00e6res i skiver og l\u00e6gges p\u00e5 en lille tallerken med en stor skefuld salat over.<\/p>\n<p>Pyntes med kvarte cherrytomater og br\u00f8dcroutoner (t\u00f8rt br\u00f8d sk\u00e6res i tern \u00bdx\u00bd cm st\u00e6nkes med olivenolie saltes let og et let drys cayenne &#8211;\u00a0Ristes spr\u00f8de i ovnen).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Bagt Torsk med Hummer\/dild sauce og nye Kartofler<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>En hel torsk renses og skylles, finnerne til-klippes.<br \/>\nRidses i 5 skiver, fra hver side, n\u00e6sten ind til benet.<br \/>\nKrydres nu grundigt med salt og hvid peber<\/p>\n<p>Anbringes \u201dhel\u201d i et sm\u00f8rsmurt ovnfast fad.<br \/>\nKom lidt vin og vand i fadet, og s\u00e6t den i en 180 gdr varm ovn i 20-30 minutter<br \/>\n(lige f\u00f8r servering)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Saucen<\/span><br \/>\nHummer eller rejehaler sk\u00e6res i mindre stykker sauteres i sm\u00f8r med lidt s+p i en passende gryde, tag rejerne op og tils\u00e6t et 2\u00bd dcl hvidvin samt 2\u00bd dcl fiskefond.<\/p>\n<p>Koges op og j\u00e6vnes med hummersm\u00f8r\/pasta til en ikke for tynd konsistens.<br \/>\nTils\u00e6t en \u00bc l piskefl\u00f8de og kog saucen j\u00e6vn, kom rejerne og hakket dild i.<\/p>\n<p>Saucen h\u00e6ldes over fisken som serveres med nye kartofler.<\/p>\n<p>Gem lidt dild til pynt.<\/p>\n<p><!-- default-view.php
