tallerken\/fad.<br \/>\nR\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge (sild, hakket r\u00f8dl\u00f8g, r\u00f8dbeder, kartofler, guler\u00f8dder og hakket \u00e6g) 2 gange, til en lagkage!<\/p>\n<p>Hviler en tid og udsk\u00e6res som lagkage (laves evt. som portionsanretning)<br \/>\nEvt. m ristet rugbr\u00f8d til.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Blinis med caviar<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>250 g boghvedemel en pris salt og sukker samt 25 g g\u00e6r r\u00f8res med vand m\u00e6lk og \u00f8l til en tykflydende masse, stilles til h\u00e6vning en time.<\/p>\n<p>250 g mel r\u00f8res i, sammen med 150 smeltet sm\u00f8r, \u00bc l fl\u00f8de, 5 \u00e6ggeblommer og til sidst \u00bc l fl\u00f8deskum samt 5 piskede \u00e6ggehvider, hviler 10 minutter og bages til sm\u00e5 tykke pandekager i sm\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>Serveres med caviar og creme fraiche samt citron og evt. hakket l\u00f8g.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Bortch a la Russe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd kg oksebov og 2 andel\u00e5r samt \u00bd kg saltet fl\u00e6sk koges m\u00f8rt i rigelig vand med hel peber, laurb\u00e6rblade samt skr\u00e6llen mm af suppeurterne.<\/p>\n<p>*Imens rives en r\u00f8dbedefint og d\u00e6kkes med eddike, tr\u00e6kker til senere brug<\/p>\n<p>Suppen sigtes fra og k\u00f8det sk\u00e6res i passende stykker.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">S\u00e5, mens k\u00f8det koger, skr\u00e6lles<\/span><br \/>\n2-3 l\u00f8g, \u00bc selleri, \u00bc hvidk\u00e5l, 1\/3 bladselleri, 1 porre og 1-2 guler\u00f8dder samt 1 stor r\u00f8dbede og alt sk\u00e6res i strimler.<\/p>\n<p>Dette sauteres i ande-\/g\u00e5sefedt og tils\u00e6ttes en lille d\u00e5se hakket tomat, en spiseske tomatpure samt den sigtede suppe og koges nogle minutter til urterne er n\u00e6sten m\u00f8re.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f8det kommes ved og det koges atter op og smages til.<br \/>\n(Sm\u00e5 kogte p\u00f8lser kan
